Quotes and Orders

We provide quotes for our services based on the specifications provided by the client. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Orders are only considered accepted upon our confirmation of the order and receipt of the required deposit. We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.

Payment

Clients are required to make a deposit upon confirmation of their order. The balance of the payment is due before the exhibition start date. We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card. Late payments may incur interest charges.

How long do we keep your information?

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel their order at any time, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project. Refunds are subject to our discretion and are based on the costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the exhibition stand designs, graphics, and other materials created by us for the client are owned by us. Clients may use these materials for the purpose of promoting their exhibition participation, but may not reproduce or distribute them without our prior written consent.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website. We are also not liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control.

We may terminate our services to clients at any time if they breach these terms and conditions. Clients may also terminate our services at any time, but cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project.
